Diversio, a company focused on diversity inclusion assessment and plan implementation for large organizations wanted to obtain bold ideas about how to create more inclusive workplaces and refine the winning ideas for implementation testing.

Using Output’s Engagement Platform, Diversio engaged over 1,500 individuals across 22 countries and obtained over 220 first class ideas in only 3 weeks. 

21 semi-finalist ideas were curated by an expert panel of executives and leaders from organizations around the world such as Sherritt, Ceridian, McInsey & Company, Pepsi, Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, BlackRock, Ikea, Accenture, OpenText, Coinbase and UN Women to name a few.  The winning ideas are being tested with select corporate partners for implementation.
